Our Equitable Pay Goal

At Slip Away,  we believe in paying farm workers equitably. 

In Massachusetts, the minimum wage for agricultural workers is $8 per hour. Yet, the living wage in Dukes County for one individual with no dependents is estimated at $14.44/hour. 

We strive to pay all of our employees at least a living wage salary, and we aim to compensate those in management positions appropriately.
